The Jewish Federation of Greater Nashville is proud to announce the 12 fellows selected for Cohort 4 of Leadership615, its flagship program for growing the next generation of Jewish communal leaders, sponsored by Dr. Mark Goldfarb.
The Federation received an outstanding number of thoughtful, deeply personal applications from across the community, and narrowing the group down to this year's cohort involved difficult decisions for the Leadership615 selection committee.
The 12 fellows selected for this year's cohort bring together a wide range of backgrounds, professions, congregational and organizational affiliations, and levels of experience in Jewish communal life — along with a rich diversity of perspectives on what their own Jewish identity means to them. Leadership615 is built on the belief that Jewish Nashville is strongest when people from many different starting points come together around a shared commitment to community.
Please join us in welcoming the Leadership615 Cohort 4 fellows:
Over the coming year, the fellows will take part in six learning sessions, monthly discussion groups, and a series of shared experiences designed to deepen their leadership skills and their connection to Jewish Nashville, culminating in a graduation celebration in May 2027.
