Condolences to the family of Rabbi Stephen Lewis Fuchs who died on July 26. Rabbi Fuchs served as senior rabbi of The Temple from 1986-1997 and touched countless lives through his teaching, loving care, and committed service to the Jewish people.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria Fuchs; his children, Rabbi Leo Fuchs (Liz Goldman), Sarah Fuchs Downie (Clive Downie), and Benjamin Fuchs (Kristin Churila); and his grandchildren, Zachary Fuchs, Jeremy Fuchs, Micah Moskowitz, Noa Moskowitz, Tom Downie, Max Downie, Flora Fuchs, Logan Fuchs, and Layla Fuchs.
Condolences to the family of Marcia Gross Stewart who died on July 24. Marcia was a past executive director at West End Synagogue. Marcia is survived by her husband Lee, son Caleb (Tierney), niece Hara Dembowski and grandnieces and nephews Avi, Bella, and Jordan. She was predeceased by parents, Jeneane and Chuck Gross and sister, Illene Gross.
Condolences to the family of Andrea Jasper Thaler who died on August 7. Andrea is survived by her husband Theodore (Ted); daughters' Rebecca Busofsky (Jacob), and Laurie Pearson (Brian); brother Larry Jasper; and grandchildren Sydney. Avi, Benny and Brooklyn Busofsky and Zeeva and Adeena Pearson.
