Micah’s First Ever Mitzvah Weekend to Focus on Positive Change

Congregation Micah is hosting our first congregational-wide Mitzvah Weekend April 24th through April 26th. We'll kick off Mitzvah Weekend with a moving Shabbat service on Friday, April 24th at 6 pm where we will hear from a variety of speakers committed to ensuring the safety of the Jewish people.

On Saturday, April 25th, we will participate in social action projects across Nashville. Volunteers will strengthen our relationships with Nashville's non-profits while creating positive change, uplifting our community, and demonstrating the power of collective service.

On Sunday, April 26th, Congregation Micah is creating our Geniza in collaboration with our learners at JLAB (Religious School). Throughout this impactful weekend, we will live out the values of our namesake Micah 6:8: "Do justly, love mercy, walk humbly with thy God."
